Another architecturally inspired branch of Sun, this one featuring a dramatically lit garden of raked sand spread out beneath a raised seating area along one wall. The menu includes well-crafted izakaya standards (grilled chicken and pork, homemade tofu) and creative originals. There's a nice selection of premium sake from around the country and a smattering of interesting New World wines.
