One of the fancier places in Fukuoka to eat gyoza, this stylish izakaya specializes in teppan gyoza - bite-size, crunchy dumplings prepared on a metal grill. Gyoza can be ordered in platters of 12, 15, 24 or 28 pieces. The rest of the menu features local favorites like octopus with sesame dressing, scallops with daikon radish, stewed chicken wings and potato salad.
