Gauche has assembled one of the better sake lists in the Kudanshita area, with comfortable seating in a cozy basement setting. The food tends towards simple home-style cooking, playing more of a supporting role for the sake rather than standing on its own. We'd recommend sticking to simple dishes like sashimi and sake snacks like marinated cream cheese, the better to enjoy the sake selection. Service can be rudimentary. Budget around Y5,000-7,000 at dinnertime for ample sake and food.
