Run by a veteran of the esteemed Fire House burger shop in Hongo, Folk Burgers offers one of the best selections of craft beers among Tokyo's gourmet burger shops. The burgers are solid and reliable, made with American Angus beef and assembled in standard configurations like the classic bacon cheeseburger (Y1430 including fries). The bar's six taps offer beers from well-regarded breweries like Be Easy (Aomori), Uchu (Yamanashi), Singlecut Beersmiths (New York) and Wylam (Newcastle).
Beers are priced from around Y680 for a small glass (270ml) and Y1050 for a large (473ml). Burgers are available to take out, with an extra charge of Y100 per burger. On Mondays and Saturdays the shop is open only for lunch (Mon 11-2 and Sat 11:30-3:30), and on Sundays the last order for food is 8:30pm.
