Located inside the Keioh Plaza Hotel, this is a branch of the long-established, highly regarded sushi shop in Ginza that invented gunkan-maki (sushi wrapped in nori strips, "battleship" style). Set menus for sushi run from around Y9,500 at lunch and Y12,650 at dinner. More elaborate sushi kaiseki service is priced at around Y19,000-38,000. They also do take-out.
