Ginza: Yakitori
Birdland (Ginza: Yakitori)
Open 5-9pm (LO). Closed Sundays, Mondays.

Even before their move from the wilds of Asagaya, many yakitori connoisseurs considered Birdland to be THE standard for grilled chicken in Tokyo. The Y6000 prix-fixe menu includes multiple skewers followed by oyakodon (chicken and egg over rice). There's also a surprisingly good wine list, selected to go with the yakitori. Reservations required.
