Miyarabi, which first opened here in 1957, serves some interesting, original variations on traditional Okinawan cuisine - dishes like stir-fried pork and papaya kimchee; goya with mentaiko, yuzu kamaboko, and unusual tempura-fried items like Spam and seaweed.
