Frozen-custard "concrete" desserts are customized for each location, and some of the specials here include the Sesame Oshacka (chocolate and vanilla custards with dark-chocolate chunks, black sesame paste, and marshmallow sauce) and the Strawberry Sunset (vanilla custard with sugar cone, strawberry puree, and rainbow sprinkles).

Shake Shack's draft beer is made by Brooklyn Brewery, and wine by the glass or bottle is from Frog's Leap winery in California. This branch is located on the ground floor of Hanshin Department store, and offers outdoor terrace seating.
