The first thing you'll notice at Rock'anDo is the color scheme. Green is everywhere, from the signage to the little green army men on a shelf. This should clue you in - you'll be eating green ramen. Rock'anDo's signature dish uses a "superfood" called Euglenids, a kind of algae-like organism rich in vitamins A, C, and E.
You should go for broke with the yuzu- and mitsuba-topped bowl of green noodles (yuzu mizuba green men Y850). The mitsuba, known as Japanese parsley, gives even more vibrant green color to the bowl. The fresh zest of Japanese yuzu citrus has a fragrant quality that sits quite well with shio ramen. Wash it all down with a green-bottled Heineken.
