Kotori Cafe (Omotesando: Bird cafe)
Kotori Cafe
Open 11am-7pm daily.
Sun: Open Sundays

This unusual cafe is populated by a diverse flock of parrots, parakeets, sparrows and cockatoos for your bird-watching enjoyment. They serve coffee and cake (Y1580 for a Kona coffee and cake set) and sell a variety of bird-themed paraphernalia.

If you're feeling especially adventurous and want to make friends with a bird or two, after you're done with your cup of coffee you can spend five minutes in the interactive zone at the back of the cafe, where a staff member will show you (in Japanese) how to handle and gently play with the resident birds without getting scratched or bitten.
