Miya is one of Nagoya's more famous shops specializing in Kishimen - the thin, flat noodles served in broth that are a local favorite. (The long-established original branch is in the historic Atsuta neighborhood.) At lunchtime (until 5pm) a bowl of noodles is Y980; in the evenings you can order side dishes to go along with your noodles.
