Fare includes toothsome focaccia seasoned with Spanish sea salt and resplendent with organic toppings such as tomato, garlic and anchovy. There are also bagels (plain, sage, yomogi and more) and various loaves. The walnut-chocolate country loaf - fresh out of the oven - is to die for.
