Tokyo Midtown - the huge new multi-use urban complex in central Roppongi - brings a new batch of restaurants to the already lively Roppongi dining scene. Notable new international eateries include Botanica - Tokyo's first Terence Conran restaurant; Coppola's Vinoteca - which showcases wines from Francis Ford Coppola's boutique vineyard; and Union Square Tokyo - an outlet of the famous Union Square Cafe in New York. Many of the upscale restaurants offer comfortable terrace seating and lovely views of the parklike green space behind the main tower. There are also plenty of moderately priced restaurants and take-out counters, and a big 24-hour grocery.
