The Y3800 chef's special includes a three-part appetizer plate and three types of mains along with a few other courses; other dinners are Y2800-5800, while lunch starts at Y950. The small basement dining room is modest but cheery in an Old-World style. The Romanian wines mostly run Y4000/bottle, with several choices available by the glass or decanter.
