A casual, inexpensive izakaya that also serves as an informal Ainu cultural center. (The name means "Wind House" in Ainu.) Ainu food is a lot like Hokkaido cooking (lots of salmon dishes, potato dumplings, etc.) but with more garlic and ginger. The soups are definitely worth a try.
