Tofu and yuba are the specialties here, and the menu offers some unusual dishes like soy-milk cheese fondue, nama-fu and soy-milk gratin, and hot apple pie with soy ice. Lunch sets (from around Y1500) come with freshly made tofu and various seasonal delicacies, and make a nice introduction to tofu cuisine. Budget around Y3500 at dinnertime.
