Wow, this place is simply gorgeous. The entire building seems to be sheathed in a perforated metal grille with a leaf pattern, and the two floors of the restaurant are quite stunningly decorated, with burnished metal walls, expensive wood paneling and dramatic lighting.

The fourth-floor restaurant is the less pricey dining option (excellent full-course dinners start at around Y5000), while the well-stocked third-floor wine bar can run considerably more for a full meal. The lower floors are taken up by a boutique and design studio. (075-541-1191 is the number for the wine bar.)
