fresh-from-the-mar-
ket ingredients. The
chefs have a light,
modern approach to
Korean cuisine,
adapted somewhat for
Osaka tastes. Al-
though many dishes
are less spicy than
expected, the Korean
flavors are intact
and everything is
skillfully prepared.
