serving a barbecue
menu on Mondays
accompanied by a
Blues soundtrack.
The menu includes
Bourbon BBQ Pork
Ribs; Pulled Pork in
a Vinegar and Pepper
Baste; BBQ Beef
Brisket, and Smoked
Chicken, with side
dishes like fried
okra, corn muffins
and corn on the cob.
