tic Angus beef. The
sune burg (ground
shank steak) starts
at ¥1430 for a rea-
sonably hefty 170g
portion, which at
lunchtime comes with
soup, salad and
buttered-infused
garlic bread.

It's served without
any sauce and pre-
pared with minimal
filler, so that the
flavor of the meat
shines through, and
indeed the patty is
quite juicy, with
optimal fat content.
Lunch specials run
until 5pm.
