offer sake tastings
during the day,
along with occasion-
al special events.
Tastings are just
Y300, and give you a
chance to try a few
different types of
sake and compare
them.

There's also an
enormous amount of
reading material
about sake, although
it's almost entirely
in Japanese. Videos
showing the sake-
brewing process are
somewhat more ac-
cessible. Down in
the basement there's
an old-fashioned
izakaya in case you
want to continue
your sake research
over dinner.
