The founders of
Tokyo Paris Shokudo
have left that res-
taurant in capable
hands (with their
son), and have
branched out with a
smaller and more
intimate venue in
Yotsuya. The menu is
simple French
country-style fare
(the tongue, foie
gras and mashed
potato is highly
recommended, as is
the BBQ lamb with
sausage). There are
just six tables, and
you're more likely
to hear down-home
blues on the stereo
than the ubiquitous
light-jazz found
everywhere else in
Tokyo. Lunch is
Y1200; full-course
dinners are Y3500,
and wines start at
around Y3000.
