taurant chain known
for their home-made
tofu. The decor is
visually stunning,
blending traditional
and modern Japanese
design elements.
Unfortunately the
overall effect is on
the sterile side,
and the aloof ser-
vice doesn't help.
The food is good but
not outstanding,
with a decent selec-
tion of sake to go
with it.
