One of the best
lager beers from
Japan's mega-
brewers. This
very refreshing
thirst-quencher
tastes more like
a good German
beer, thanks to
high grade malt
and lots of very
high quality
hops. Said to be
contain three
times more hops
than ordinary
beer. Medium
yellow with
average head,
strong hop
aroma, clean and
almost puckery
sharpness,
practically no
sweetness, with
light body and
subtle malt
flavors that
take a back seat
to the sharp and
complex herbal
hop flavors.
Brisk, clean
finish. Alcohol
about 5%. Very
drinkable. Only
available on
draft in a
limited number
of places
including most
Sapporo-run beer
halls.
