Foods. Largely
in the India
Pale Ale style,
but with a
stronger hop
aroma and
flavor, using
the citrusy
Cascade hop of
the US north-
west. Rich and
complex malt
flavor, spiked
with generous
hop bitterness,
leading to a
clean and brisk
finish that
lightly lingers,
beckoning you to
have another
sip. A highly
satisfying micro
brew in the
classic US West
Coast style.
