Bush de Noel

From the brewers
of one of the
world's
strongest beers,
Bush 12%, comes
this lovely
Christmas
version with a
very attractive
shimmering
label. Bush de
Noel is also 12%
alcohol, and
like its year-
round cousin it
is a very rich
and strongly
flavored beer.
However, the
addition of
extra caramel
malt gives it a
more reddish
color. Unlike
many Christmas
beers, Bush de
Noel contains no
spices, but the
complexity of
the concentrated
malt flavors and
the use of dry
hopping for six
weeks with whole
hop flowers
gives it a
unique character
that is
unmistakable.
Serve only
slightly chilled
in a large
brandy glass for
maximum impact.
