nicest twilight

you can't do
better than
going up to the
43rd floor of
the Tokyo Dome
Hotel and toward
the foyer bar of
The Artist's
Cafe, where
there are bars
and stool
seating on both
the north and
south sides of
the hotel. Here
you can go up
the counter and
purchase coffee,
soft drinks,
beer, wine or
cocktails, then
take them to the
available seat
of your choice.
Prices are
surprisingly
low, such as 700
yen for an Asahi
Black Beer,
including tax.
Here you can
unwind, take in
the view and
watch the city
skies darken
gradually while
the lights come
